Job Details

Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year in Graphic Design, Art / Art Studies, or Business / Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of sales and orders.
• Promote sales to existing clients.
• Identify and solicit potential clients.
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
• Conduct sales transactions.
• Use sales forecasting software.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• Resolve product and service-related problems.
• Advertise and / or promote products, sales, or services.
• Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
• Maintain professionalism in customer service.

Experience and Specialization

Experience : 1 to less than 7 months.

Area of Specialization : Digital Media, E-commerce.

Workplace Information

Location : Vancouver, BC

Work Environment : Hybrid (work must be completed both in person and remotely).

Salary and Benefits

Salary : $20.00 per hour (37.5 hours per week).

Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time.
