About the Opportunity :
Ericsson is looking for a results-driven leader to architect and execute our People strategy. This role owns the design, delivery, and measurement of people initiatives that accelerate business performance. The mandate : ensure Human Resources is a true business driver by translating strategy into priorities, disciplined execution, and measurable results-powered by robust people analytics.
Reporting to Ericsson's Chief People Officer Charlotte Levert, this executive will serve as a key member of the Global People Leadership Team to ensure alignment and drive operational excellence across the function.
What you will do :
Set and Operationalize People Strategy :
- Define a focused, actionable People strategy that aligns with Ericsson's business objectives.
- Translate strategy into clear priorities and ensure disciplined execution through robust project management and governance.
Lead People Analytics :
Own the people analytics agenda. Build and lead a high-impact analytics capability that delivers actionable, business-relevant insights. Use data to identify workforce trends, inform decisions, and measure the impact of people initiatives.Lead the People PMO :
Build and lead a high-performing People Project Management Office (PMO) to drive execution of strategic initiatives.Establish clear governance, accountability, and metrics for all major projects.Deliver Business Intelligence :
Gather and synthesize internal and external data-competitor, customer, and technology trends-into concise, actionable insights that inform People priorities and decisions.Enable Executive Action :
Create clear, data-driven content for C-level leaders.Ensure insights are translated into specific actions that drive business and talent outcomes.Drive Change and Transformation :
Lead and support people-related change initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and effective execution across the organization.Foster Culture and Engagement :
Partner with People leaders to embed a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged culture.Support the design and execution of engagement initiatives that reinforce Ericsson's values and strategic direction.Ensure Governance and Risk Management :
Establish and maintain governance standards for people initiatives.Identify and mitigate people-related risks, ensuring all projects are executed within a robust compliance and risk management framework.Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Build strong relationships across People sub-functions and with business leaders.Ensure alignment, clarity, and effective execution of the People strategy through proactive stakeholder management.What You Will Bring :
Management consulting or design thinking background, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, drive innovation, and deliver structured, high-impact solutions.Advanced people analytics skills, with expertise in business intelligence, market analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business results in large, complex, or global organizations.Proven success operating in a global, matrixed environment, with strong cross-cultural competence and stakeholder alignment across regions.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a track record of advising and partnering with C-level executives.Deep understanding of corporate governance, risk, and compliance, with experience managing people-related risks across multiple jurisdictions.Proven ability to lead project or program management offices and deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.Minimum Requirements :
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs. Project management qualifications or previous experience leading a project management office is advantageous.Strong track record of leading large teams of experts located in different countries in alignment with Ericsson's leadership principles to create clarity, develop people & drive resultsDeep experience in strategy, strategic analysis, or related disciplines within large or global organizations.Strong background in business intelligence and data-driven decision making.What success will look like in this role :
