Chief Business Analyst

A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the Finance Evolution team at National Bank, you’ll liaise with business teams and delivery teams.You’ll work in Agile mode and will be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your business analysis skills to help implement new technologies and make a positive impact on our organization.Your jobSupport product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliveriesDefine the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of planning activities for the various deliverablesLead workshops with multiple stakeholders with varied levels and expertiseModel current and target processes based on the Bank’s existing mapping practicesCarry out high level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of processes, with the help of expertsKnow and apply best practices to identify, articulate, classify, and write business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand the links between them, and ensure their traceability (traceability matrix)Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transferMake proposals for change management strategies for users of the solutionYour teamAs part of the Finance Evolution Team, you are part of a seasoned and dedicated team to successfully evolving the Finance sector and contribute to projects in a multidisciplinary team. You’ll report to the Senior Director.The Bank values ongoing development and internal mobility.
