Position Description : Clark Builders is hiring a Foreman for a large project in Yellowknife. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising trade employees assigned to a particular construction discipline or work area.

Reporting to : Superintendent

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning work schedule(s) and determining and maintaining workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Clark Builders safety policies and procedures
• Identify hazards and correct any unsafe conditions
• Lead QA / QC checks and inspections
• Lead site specific orientations and tailgate meetings
• Draft and submit RFI’s
• Assume control of the site if the Superintendent is off site
• Other duties as required
• Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner
• Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures
