What You’ll Do :
Lead UX Research & Testing – Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to optimize digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of UX research experience – Strong expertise in user testing and research methodologies.
Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to analyze, interpret, and present research findings in compelling formats.
Strong Stakeholder Management – Comfortable working with complex project requirements and influencing key decision-makers.
Excellent Communication & Organization Skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have :
Previous banking experience (especially in personal banking)
Experience with UX research tools like Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, or Figma / FigJam
