What You’ll Do

Review and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.

Issue and track purchase orders, following up with vendors for timely delivery.

Establish and maintain supplier relationships, sourcing new vendors when needed.

Ensure materials comply with WHMIS, TDG, and hazardous material handling guidelines .

Support internal teams by researching and identifying required materials.

Maintain accurate procurement records in the system (ERRC, inventory count, and dollar values).

Collaborate with technical teams for product catalog information.

Assist with logistics and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are

Experience : Minimum 2 years in purchasing, materials management, or logistics.

Education : Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Material Management (or equivalent experience).

Skills & Abilities :

Knowledge of procurement methods and accounting principles .

Strong time management and organizational skills .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work within ERP systems.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities .

Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to priorities .

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Maximo, Oracle, and / or Oracle Discoverer .

Familiarity with other ERP systems is an asset.
