Job description

Focus on WD are seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join a Workday customer in the Toronto, Canada area.

Location :  Toronto, Canada (2 days a week on-site)

Contract Duration :  6 months

Rate :  $80-90 per hour CAD

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work on-site in Toronto for 2 days a week, supporting the ongoing implementation and optimization of our Adaptive Planning system. This role requires a strong background in Workforce Planning and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the ongoing implementation and configuration of Adaptive Planning within the Workday environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the system meets business needs.
  • Provide expertise in Workforce Planning and FP&A processes to optimize planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Adaptive Planning system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in implementing Adaptive Planning within Workday.
  • Strong knowledge of Workforce Planning and FP&A processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Relevant training or certifications in Adaptive Planning or Workday.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and providing user support.
  • Background in finance or accounting.
