    • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress.

    Responsibilities :

  • Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patients for changes in their condition and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system
  • Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and others to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Advocate for patient rights and ensure patients receive ethical and competent care
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Participate in continuing education activities to keep up-to-date with current nursing practices and new technologies

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing
  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or community setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be prepared to respond to emergency situations
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills in relation to both patients and care staff
