Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutionscompanywho is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking Software Development Engineerto join their team.

Position : Software Development Engineer

Employment type : Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Continuously enhance the automation framework, CI / CD pipelines, documentation, Allure TestOps, and other advanced testing tools used within the department
  • Develop automated tests for UI, API, and performance validation
  • Aim for zero production bugs following each release
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and support teams to investigate and resolve reported bugs, and implement additional testing measures to prevent future issues
  • Assess quality standards, procedures, and practices
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of quality policies
  • Take ownership of the overall product quality and reliability
  • Analyze test reports and provide insights to drive improvements

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / Fluency in Russian (B2-C1 level), and Englishwith strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication in both
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Automation
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands-on experience using Playwright or Puppeteer
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, with experience in creating automated tests for HTTP / HTTPS endpoints
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience with Docker
  • In-depth understanding of various testing methodologies and processes
  • Familiarity with Jest, npm, and SQL, with practical experience using these tools
