What You'll Be Doing :

Underwriting & Processing : Review, analyze, and assess mortgage applications, credit

reports, financial documents, and property appraisals to determine eligibility.

Client Engagement : Take applications over the phone, guide clients through the

mortgage process, and provide expert advice on renewals, refinancing, and

pre-approvals.

Sales & Relationship Management : Act as in-house renewal and refinance

specialist—nurture existing client relationships and convert new leads into successful

deals.

Lender & Compliance Coordination : Submit applications to lenders, manage conditions,

and ensure all deals align with regulatory and lending standards.

Pipeline & Database Management : Stay on top of leads, track live mortgage applications,

and optimize CRM for better client outreach.

What We’re Looking For :

RECA License (required).

2+ years of mortgage underwriting or finance experience.

Proficiency in Expert / Expert Pro (or similar mortgage software).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with

clients and lenders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple files and deadlines.
