Job description

Our Banff client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves handling high-volume payroll tasks with a focus on timekeeping, verifying hours, and resolving issues within Workday.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and verify timesheets, including hours worked, tips, and commissions.
  • Handle bi-weekly payroll submissions, ensuring accurate calculations and adjustments.
  • Resolve payroll glitches and discrepancies, especially with schedules and overtime.
  • Ensure timekeeping data is properly submitted and verified in Workday.
  • Approve timesheets and verify accuracy of hours worked, including overtime, within Workday.
  • Collaborate with managers and teams to address discrepancies or schedule changes.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications :

  • Experience with high-volume payroll processing, preferably in Workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with timekeeping systems and HRIS is an asset.
  • Available to start immediately.
