As the next step in our business growth we are looking for a motivated and intrapreneurialminded Recruitment Assistant. We have been providing permanent placement search headhunting and temporary workforce solutions since 2017. Our focus is providing unique affordable and streamlined customercentric recruitment solutions for small to medium businesses.
This position will be fully remote (virtual) with occasional meetings / networking events in the Milton / Halton area. The responsibilities will include assisting with a range of recruitment related tasks including sourcing and preliminary screening as well as broader administrative duties as required. A high level of professionalism and drive with an eye for talent and innovation is key!
Salary :
20.00 $25.00 per hour
Hours of Work :
You set your hours but a regular predetermined schedule during business hours is expected.
The expected hours will initially be 20 per week with the potential to expand over time.

Experience is a strong asset, but not required. Training will be provided. A strong and demonstrable ability to read people and notice relevant details through an interview process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to and learn new technology / software quickly. Experience with Google and / or Zoho products is an asset. Strong administrative abilities with an eye for continuous improvement. Knowledgeable and comfortable in an online 100% paperless environment.
