Assist with on-site equipment repairs, prioritize safety and quality, manage inventory, and enhance customer relations. The client offer opportunities for continuous improvement, report generation, and professional growth in a safe, dynamic work environment.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Assist in repairing equipment at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Company's quality process, meeting customer requirements as per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Maintain and organize inventory, advising the supervisor on upcoming inventory requirements.
- Record all repairs, in-progress work, and completed work.
- Handle pick-up and delivery of repairs to customer facilities as needed.
- Prepare work orders for repair jobs, including repair time, and input this information into the system.
- Foster positive customer relations through interactions.
- Promote a safe working environment for all Our Clients associates.
- Strive for continuous improvement and provide process-enhancement suggestions.
- Generate branch reports and information for management.
- Obtain required manufacturing certificates.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Specific Requirements :
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Basic understanding of hand tools.
- Ongoing training on equipment to be repaired and serviced.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and pay close visual attention.
Pay scale - $28 per hour + a healthy cost of living allowance for Fort McMurray, AB
