Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager with a passion for streetwear and fashion to join our client on a two year contract basis. This role will require the successful planning and execution of marketing programs with retail partners (wholesale) through a variety of media, activations, and retail marketing initiatives both online and in-store. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade marketing, strong project management skills, and a keen understanding of trends, branding and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the sales and category merchandising teams, create seasonal account plans, tool requirements, timelines and complete seasonal deliverable list for the account

Represent and advocate for the account, and brief / collaborate with Category Comms Teams for all account needs and tools

Responsible for the development and execution of all Marketing Activations for key retail partners including social and digital.

Work with retail partners and Digital Marketing team to brief and develop paid media programs

Own timelines and communication with account plans and tool building.

Be a pro-active problem solver and communicator to mitigate delays, think creatively to solve issues, and hold stakeholders accountable to dates and deliverables

Own Account budgets for the year, as well as each individual program, and drive the strong balance of creative disruptiveness along with disciplined spending efficiencies

Report internally on timeliness of deliverables and performance of all Trade Marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Post Secondary Degree / Diploma with a major in marketing preferred.

2-3 years of post-graduate work experience in marketing or advertising.

Experience in managing customers, vendors, and external agencies.

Demonstrated experience in overseeing creative development and production.

experience in developing strong brand and lifestyle campaigns

experience working with lifestyle influencers and brands for authentic collaboration
