We are looking for compassionate and experienced Night Nurses to provide overnight care for newborns and infants. As a Night Nurse with Swaddle, you will support families by ensuring their baby’s needs are met throughout the night, allowing parents to get much-needed rest.

Company Description

Experience as a Night Nurse, Postpartum Doula, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or equivalent role in newborn care

Knowledge of newborn care best practices, safe sleep guidelines, and infant development

CPR & First Aid Certification (Neonatal or Infant CPR preferred)

Strong communication skills and ability to provide reassurance and support to parents

Ability to work independently and follow family preferences and routines
