What you’ll do :
- Provide support to the Farm Supplies team in maintaining feed sales operations, focusing on day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure accurate pricing, manage accounts billing (AP / AR), and assist with invoicing and contract administration, including handling salt contracts and resolving billing issues.
- Monitor and encourage local Co-ops to place orders on promotions, manage supplier communications, and ensure smooth order processing and billing resolution.
- Help with local marketing initiatives, such as regional farm shows, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the feed brand at events.
- Assist with reporting (., sales reports, product returns), track HACCP compliance and customer feedback, and provide general administrative support, including data entry and document filing.

Have 1+ years of experience in administrative, coordinator or related roles, ideally in the agriculture sector.Ideally, have some form of post-secondary education in commerce, agriculture, or animal health (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)Are adept at using Microsoft Suite products and are comfortable learning other platforms.Consider yourself to be customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated.What we offer :
