About the Role :
As Marketing and Branding Manager, you’ll work directly with our President and CEO, leading our brand to new heights. You will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies, working across digital and traditional channels, and inspiring audiences around the globe.
Your ability to communicate with conviction whether in person, over Zoom, on social media, TV, radio, or in print will be crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, drive, and make our luxury brand through strategic, out-of-the-box marketing and branding initiatives.
- Create and implement a brand playbook that supports our global brand, and creates instant luxury brand recognition for our members in their own markets.
- Develop compelling narratives for video, print, and social media that resonate with our members and their customers, creating lasting appeal.
- Make our members stand out by transforming them to adopt our tailored Five Star Luxury brand.
- Present ideas confidently across various platforms, adapting for large audiences to engage and inform.
- Collaborate with a skilled support team, leveraging diverse expertise to develop and ensure impactful marketing campaigns and brand growth, both for corporate and for use by our members locally, nationally, and globally.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum five years’ related work experience.
- A BOLD and creative thinker with a history of hands-on experience in building brands that stand out above the rest.
- Technology fluency and passion for new and innovative technologies and platforms are a must bonus points for knowing how best to use AI to supplement workflow.
- Exceptional speaking skills, with a natural ability to inspire and lead. The ideal candidate is a natural and effective orator who will instantly connect with their audience, inspire them with their message, and lead them to adopt our transformational programs.
Native-level proficiency and advanced education in language arts or performance arts are preferred.
- Passionate about working on camera, quick on your feet, and able to engage audiences with a clear, polished message.

Position Details :
- Location : Global Corporate Headquarters, close to Yorkdale Mall in Toronto.
- Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with additional hours as needed.
- Salary : $80,000 - $100,000, based on proven experience and skill level.
- Start Date : Immediate
