Job description

Our client is looking for a creative and dynamic Design "Purist" with a hunger to apply great ideas with crafted precision to any medium.Responsibilities : Lead and execute creative concepts across digital, social, and print media.Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create engaging visual assets.Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction.Stay ahead of design trends, technology, and best practices to drive innovation.Work with entire Creative & Brand team on a elevate creativity, innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice for Veradek through clean, cohesive and strategic graphic designDevelop and ideate the overall look and feel or style for a brand / creative campaign relating to digital, print and in-store designDesign from scratch with the original design structures being at least 75% usable and solid, strong graphic design workConceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, website content, social media, and other marketing materials while still maintaining strong execution (role is strategy + execution both)Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative teamObtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internalcommentary and requestsOversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational useQualifications : Solid foundation in Graphic Design and / or Art Direction; 4-5+ year’s experience with Creative Portfolio to shareExpert in Adobe Creative SuitePrint and Digital and In-Store Design experienceBrand DesignArt Direction for Product and Editorial / LifestyleMotion graphicsFormal education in DesignHungry to do more and a Design EnthusiastExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNon Negotiables for the Role : Must have at least 4-5+ year’s design or art director experienceMust be comfortable working in the studio 3-4x per week with the teamCandidates must be a solid, talented and well trained graphic designer with a portfolio with a range of work to shareMotion graphicsMust have Ad agency or Design studio backgroundMust have digital and print experienceStrong design executional skills and scrappy personality paired with strong ideation skillsCan do attitudeGreat sense of designGreat typography and layoutEntrepreneurial spiritA true Design purist and Design thinkerNo egoStartup experience a huge asset Nice to Have! : Home Décor Industry experience or interest is a major assetAn interest in Video is also a major asset (Storyboarding, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, video editing)Selling Points : Long Term Growth Path : Senior Designer >
