Are you a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? Our client’s facility in Montreal is looking for a Plant Manager who thrives on implementing change management strategies, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with executives to align processes with best practices
- Develop and mentor the management team to ensure your vision and strategies are adopted and sustained
- Create and roll out strategies to improve employee engagement and relations across all levels
- Champion workplace safety and build a culture of continuous improvement
- Design and execute plans to optimize operational performance and meet customer expectations
- Oversee financial and operational planning to meet cost and budgetary goals
- Work closely with HR and legal teams on incident reporting, WSIB, and health and safety strategies
- Foster leadership development across the site, building a strong pipeline for future roles
