We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Strategist to join our team! As a Brand Strategist, you will develop and implement integrated brand marketing initiatives, with a focus on audience engagement and content-driven strategies, while executing creative campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. If you thrive on creativity, strategy, and collaboration, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all channels.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to strengthen brand identity and engagement.
  • Lead content marketing efforts and develop strategies to grow and retain audiences.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
  • Manage branded materials for digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Support sponsorship programs to maximize exposure and ROI.
  • Work closely with editorial and creative teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Use data and audience insights to refine content and marketing approaches.

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary degree / diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or media.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing and audience engagement.
  • Experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, analytics).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and audience insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Bonus : Experience in sustainability, lifestyle, or local business sectors.
