We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for a Finance Clerk as we continue to grow and expand our team.
Position Scope :
Your main responsibilities will be processing accounts payable and accounts receivable for our Early Childhood Education members. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to answer questions from members, invoice for services, reconcile general ledger accounts and process remittances. To achieve this, you will be working primarily independently but also as part of the larger Finance team. Other duties assigned could include supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks for our healthcare members, reconciling payroll remittances and aiding in the processing of pension remittances.
Requirements and Qualifications :
You will be a detail-oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have completed a college diploma in business or university degree in business and will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and / or accounts receivable. You will have demonstrated strong time management capabilities, organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and will have advanced working knowledge and experience with Excel and other financial systems and databases.
