This leadership role requires a strong background in clinical care, program development, and team supervision. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring that all treatment programs are evidence-based, effective, and aligned with best practices in mental health and addiction services.Key Responsibilities : Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment programs for mental health and addiction servicesSupervise and provide guidance to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality patient careDevelop policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standardsMonitor program effectiveness and implement improvements based on patient outcomes and feedbackConduct staff training and professional development workshopsCollaborate with external stakeholders, including healthcare agencies and government bodies, to enhance servicesManage budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency within the clinical departmentRequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s degree preferred)1-5 years of leadership experience in mental health and addiction treatmentStrong understanding of clinical best practices and evidence-based treatment modelsExcellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skillsAbility to build strong partnerships with community resources and healthcare providers
