As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the frontline contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries related to waste management services.
You’ll play a vital role in providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and quick problem-solving abilities.
Your daily responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative
- Manage inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and carefully.
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster a positive team environment.
Our commitment to you :
- Contract : up to 1-year term, with possible permanent term
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Compensation : $45,000 to $50,000 annual salary plus uncap performance-based bonuses

Your contribution as our Customer Service Representative :
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, TRUX, and Salesforce.
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
