We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Information Technology (IT) and / or Human Resources (HR).

Responsibilities

The candidate must be very comfortable with various HR concepts, or at least have a keen interest in developing this learning.

This position has three main components :

User support :

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users of the HR systems in operation at the Bank, mainly the VIP and Kara systems.
  • Answer questions and solve technical problems related to HR systems.
  • Train users on new functionalities and best practices.
  • Act as a resource person for users of the various HR system modules.

Participation in implementation projects :

  • Participate in the analysis of user needs and propose improvements to optimize HR processes.
  • Actively participate in projects to implement new functionalities in the VIP and Kara systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth integration of new functionalities.
  • Test and validate new functionalities before deployment.
  • HR system maintenance :

  • Ensure the quality of processes used in the HR system.
  • Understand and maintain system business rules to ensure smooth operation.
  • Create and update HR metrics and BI reports in Exago and Kara tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years' experience in technical support or HR systems management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the VIP system is a major asset.
  • Good knowledge of SQL (essential).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingualism
  • French and English)
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages .
