The opportunity
The Account Coordinator in the Ernst & Young Electronic Publishing (EYEP) group has responsibility for maintaining, developing, and prospecting new sales for EY Canadian Tax Library / Knotia to clients and pursuits of EY. The incumbent is also responsible for product training, customer retention, product awareness and lead generation.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and staff across Canada
- Create a robust sales pipeline of opportunities
- Develop marketing collateral and digital marketing initiatives to support our go-to-market strategy
- Deliver virtual and in-person product sales presentations and provide client support to key accounts and pursuits
- Execute appropriate follow-up process with key targets to further define needs and business opportunities – includes follow up to marketing campaigns, cold calls, scheduling meetings, etc.
