How youll support the team :

Attract & Hire Amazing Talent : Source engage and hire the best candidates to help our stores shine across Canada.

Collaborate with Regional Managers : Partner closely with Regional Managers to meet their unique hiring needs and ensure we have the right talent in every location.

Spread the Word : Share what makes Laura Canada a fantastic place to work and attract candidates who align with our values and culture.

Own the Full Recruitment Cycle : From the initial job posting to onboarding youll manage the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Qualifications :

What youll bring to the team :

2 Years of Recruitment Experience : You bring at least two years of recruitment expertise ideally with experience in retail large volume or multilocation hiring.

Curiosity & Connection : You have a natural curiosity about people and a passion for building authentic relationships that drive successful recruitment outcomes.

Bilingual Communication Skills : Strong proficiency in both English and French to communicate effectively with our diverse teams across the country.

Knowledge with ATS : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment and manage high volumes of applications efficiently.

Passion for Fashion : A genuine interest in the fashion industry and the role it plays in our companys success.
