We’re pleased to partner with our client, a high-growth tech start-up, in their search for an Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships and ensuring successful influencer campaign initiatives.

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires working 3 days a week from the Vancouver, BC office.

About the role

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and serving as the point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring they’re set up for success.
  • Manage the planning, execution and delivery of marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and creative campaigns to achieve client goals.
  • Monitor and report on client results regularly. Use findings to create campaigns that drive client goals.
  • Address client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
  • Help with client contract negotiations, renewals and compliance with contract terms.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion with existing clients, collaborating closely with sales to identify and pursue them.
  • Keep up to date on industry, competitors and other relevant topics, using insights to improve or create new marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a thought leader, contributing to and developing content including blog posts, newsletters, and other educational materials.

The salary range for the role is $55,000 - $70,000 plus benefits.

About you

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer success, account management or campaign manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • 1+ year of proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset. Strong systems thinker with a knack for digesting data, drawing meaningful insights and making strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and / or an agency environment is an asset.
