Job Overview :
As a valued member of the Investment Properties team, the Part-Time Leasing Assistant is a critical member of the sales team and plays a key role in leasing homes in Victoria , B C . This role collaborates with Building Managers and Property Managers in the successful leasing of units. Working with the Property Manager to show units to prospective tenants and arranging open house events. Successful candidates are a people person with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for customer service. This is a 5 month contract.

A current, valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance is requirements of the role.

Compensation :
24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule : 20 hours per week, must be available on weekends
