Join us and be part of something extraordinary! www.vankam.com YOUR MISSION : As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll be an integral part of the finance team, providing support for our accounts payable functions and helping us maintain smooth operations. You’ll ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, provide assistance to stakeholders, and keep our financial records in tip-top shape! Core Responsibilities : Receive, review approvals, code, and post invoices in a timely manner from all terminals. Assist stakeholders with supplier payment processes and manage supplier account reconciliation. Support vendor and payment details management, including updates and verifications. Manage recovery bills and contra entries related to agents or interline payments. Handle fuel card issuance and cancellations, plus create annual reports for fuel. Open and distribute mail, order office supplies, and maintain spreadsheets. Provide general finance support and cross-train as vacation relief for team members. Collaborate with the accounts payable team to provide support to other team members as needed. WHO WE NEED : You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). You bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to the table. You have previous experience in Accounts Payable, and knowledge of Great Plains is preferred. You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Experience with paperless accounts payable systems is an asset, but not required.
