We are currently searching for a Senior Consultant, Valuation Services to join our Transaction and Financial Advisory (TFA) practice as a critical part of our talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile engagements. Our Valuation professionals put into play a rare combination of specialized expertise and real-world experience emphasizing a business-minded approach to performing valuations.

As a Senior Consultant , you will be a key contributor to engagement teams in executing complex projects that serve our clients’ critical valuation and financial consulting needs across the following contexts :
- Transaction Support – You will work on projects assisting clients in key strategic decisions relating to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions.
- Financial Reporting – You will work on projects assisting clients to in the development of analyses required for the preparation of their financial statements, across a wide array of contexts (purchase price allocations, intangible asset impairment analyses, issuance of stock based compensation, etc.).
- Tax Reporting – You will undertake valuations for tax reporting purposes for gift and estate tax, deferred compensation issuance, transfer of assets, etc.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – You will prepare financial projection models to help clients with key decisions relating to their operations, investment decisions, securities issuance, etc.
Responsibilities :
Perform in-depth client, industry, competitor and market researchDevelop, populate, and review complex valuation and financial projection modelsPerform complex enterprise valuation analyses of companies across a broad spectrum of size, industry, and business lifecycle phasePerform value allocation analyses for companies with complex capital structuresPerform complex intangible asset and contingent liability analyses applying Option Pricing Method, Monte Carlo Simulation, and other advanced methodologiesContribute to engagement teams delivering on valuations, and assist in all phases of planning and administration for those servicesCommunicate with business owners, financial management, investors, lenders, and other parties to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues in the firm, other service lines, and engagement / project teamsPursue new business development opportunities with existing and new clientsQualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other related field (MBA or MSc Finance preferred)Minimum of one to three (1 -3) years in business valuation servicesCFA or ASA preferredStrong communication, project management, and team building skillsExcellent presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills against clear business recommendationsProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlinesStrong technical writing skills (clear, concise, and excellent grammar)J-18808-Ljbffr
