SUMMARY :
The Maintenance Facilities Manager is responsible for all preventative maintenance and repair of facility equipment, this includes PLC, Injection Molding and other production equipment. Perform Information Security Assessment (VDA-ISA), Gap Analysis (TISAX- Global Action Plan, and local Action Plan (TISAX- Global Action Plan, incl local Action Plan)
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintenance and Facilities
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair costs for facility equipment
- Analyze manufacturing efficiency issues and conduct problem solving corrective action
- Responsible for current and future facility expansion / modification and ensure activities are successfully implemented
- Support Manufacturing staff in product launch activities (MOP, Service Agreements, Facility Requirements).
- Efficient use of necessary spare parts, budget requirements and assure appropriate stock levels.
- Organize, coordinate and lead the maintenance activities in support of the Plant Operations, including production equipment and plant Support Emergency Planning / Contingency Plan.
- Budgeting of Maintenance department expenses (labour, O / T & stockroom items)
- Responsible for environment and waste management controls, in accordance with planned ISO-14001 procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Emergency Planning / Contingency Plan.
