Competitive salary3 Weeks VacationPaid day off on your birthdayExcellent benefit package with premiums paid by the companyRRSP MatchBoots / Shoe Allowance + Safety wearCooper Apparel AllowanceSafety-minded organizationContinuous training, learning and development opportunitiesFun-loving work environment with strong social responsibilityWhat You’ll Be Doing Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues.Follow-up leads generated from various sources.Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows with a focus on promoting rental services.Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner.Handle and resolve client issues with rental transactions, ensuring a hassle-free rental experience.Cultivate and maintain productive collaborations within the sales team and with other Cooper teamsEffectively use Cooper’s CRM software to communicate, develop and manage all applicable data relative to our customers and industry.What You’ll Bring to the TeamQualifications and Requirements : Minimum 3-5 years of territory experience required, with a focus on rental sales, preferably in the general rental or industrial marketplace.The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all interactions and solutions are tailored to enhance the customer experience.Good working knowledge of the construction and industrial rental market with a pro-active approach on project planning, building stages and construction deadlines.Product familiarization with all products related to a general rents fleet (aerial lifts, carriers, small compaction, general tools and small equipment) with the ability to recommend the right tool for the job.Strong prospecting and needs analysis skillsSolid team player and self-starterAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAvailable to work after working hours and on weekendValid Class 5 or G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).
