Job Description

The software engineer position at Kora is a highly entrepreneurial role. The candidate has the opportunity to participate in the design, development, and optimization of various Fintech products using the latest technologies. On a regular basis, you will work with the Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to improve acquisition and onboarding strategies for new users, as well as ensure that existing users remain engaged with various features. Aside from your work as a developer, you will also have high levels of exposure into the daily operations, business strategy, and other aspects of the business. The ideal candidate should be a skillful engineer with years of development experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The competent candidate will also be entitled to an attractive incentive stock option package.
