Miller Maintenance proudly provides maintenance services on Maintenance Contracts for the Ministry of Transportation throughout Ontario.

Miller Maintenance has immediate openings for Loader Operators. The winter maintenance season runs yearly from October until April, weather dependent.

Qualifications :
- 1-2 years’ experience operating heavy equipment, particularly with a loader
- G License and clean driving abstract
- Ability to work assigned shifts, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Mechanically inclined
Day in the Life
We’re on the hunt for a Loader Operator for our Winter Maintenance team. You’ll be the powerhouse behind the controls of a variety of large machinery including skid steers and front end loaders.
From operating and handling various construction tools and equipment, to assisting as needed in winter operations, you will have a complete understanding of our maintenance division.
You’ll also be responsible for performing all fluid level checks and conducting routine maintenance on the equipment, cleaning, servicing, and performing minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Conducting pre-operational checks on equipment, completing maintenance records, and daily equipment logs will also all be crucial to the job.
