The DBA Manager will be responsible for leading a team of DBA to offer database administration, database design, troubleshooting, databases, and replication tasks to ensure the smooth operation of business application systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, and MongoDB and proven experience leading technical teams.   Key Responsibilities :  Lead and mentor a team of database administrators, providing technical guidance and support. Collaborate with our customer development and application teams to develop plans based on their priorities.  Collaborate with other technical managers to provide exceptional service that exceeds expected Service Level Agreements Managing team capacity and skillset development while fostering a sense of belonging and embracing company culture.   Leads the Development of database standards, guidelines, and best practices. Collaborates with team members to develop system designs and implement and maintain database systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Coaches and mentors team members in managing and optimizing databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, and MongoDB. Ensures all database platforms have the required monitoring, data integrity and security implemented Ensures that database backup and recovery processes align with client standards Acts as an escalation for troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues Stay updated with the latest database technologies and trends. QualificationsDatabase Administration and Database Design skillsTroubleshooting and Databases experiencePractical knowledge with implementing high availability and fault tolerant configurations Database performance tuning and optimization knowledgeStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field10+ years of DBA experience with 2+ years of leading projects or teamsExperience with SAP systems is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
