Technical Delivery Manager - Banking and Credit Card Domain

Job Description

• Technical delivery manager with Strong Credit card and Banking domain experience, managing large team across both development and operational engagements.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing large development & support engagements on AWS cloud Working experience with C-Level executives, build Relationship at all levels and present to senior executives Strong Delivery background and worked with targets (incremental growth and margin)Responsible for contract, work order tracking management, Portfolio operational management Customer escalation management Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly revenue tracking and margin ownership as per portfolio and account targets Business associates compliance management incl contracting, monthly timesheet and delivery tracking Process improvement initiatives across delivery life cycle Grooming and Coaching associates in alignment to customer and account priorities Review of critical program deliverables [IRD, BRS, HLD...etc] towards quality and coverage, based on working experience in banking domain.
• Ability to work along with diverse service practices in TCS for RFP / RFI / RFQ responses, proactive recommendation / solutions to build customer mind share, resource management, escalation management

Requirements

Experience (Years) : 8-10 Essential Skills : Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a plus.Other technologies of interest : Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and modelling.Proven experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a plus.Experience in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business, telecom, infrastructure, security, audit, vendors, and software engineering.
