THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experience as a Project Manager in a General Contracting environment, managing all aspects of the project
• 5-8 years construction related experience (civil works, mechanical, electrical, formwork)
• C.Tech., P.Eng., or CET Designation
• Either hold or are eligible for Gold Seal certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in Estimating, Scheduling, Budgeting / Cost-Control, Financial Reporting and Client Relationship Management.
• Excellent management skills and proactive at addressing issues
• Prior experience with Design Build and Water / Wastewater projects is an asset.
• Highly developed leadership, communication and computer skills
• Extensive experience with lump sum projects.
• Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
