Branch Success Manager

As an integral member of the Property.ca team, the Branch Success Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering agent growth across all branches and increasing agent lead conversions. This position requires a highly motivated leader who can train and mentor Branch Managers, ensure adherence to established SOPs, and oversee effective onboarding for new offices. The Branch Success Manager acts as the bridge between the corporate office and branches, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maximize agent productivity and operational efficiency.

This non-selling role is deeply committed to supporting the growth and success of branch partners and helping them to manage their agents effectively, ensuring seamless adoption of CRM tools and processes to increase agent lead conversion. Collaboration with the operations team and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
