Workload Automation Engineer

Role : Control M EngineerLocation : Remote Responsibilities : Control-M Administration : Install, configure, and maintain Control-M servers, agents, and related components.Manage Control-M environments, including upgrades, patches, and backups.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Manage user access and security permissions.Job Scheduling and Automation : Design and implement complex job schedules and workflows using Control-M.Develop and maintain Control-M jobs, folders, and smart folders.Automate manual tasks and processes to improve efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve job scheduling issues.Workload Management : Optimize workload distribution and resource utilization.Implement and manage workload balancing and failover mechanisms.Monitor and analyze job execution performance.Implement control-M alerts, and notifications.Integration and Development : Integrate Control-M with other systems and applications.Develop and maintain Control-M scripts and utilities.Utilize Control-M APIs for automation and integration.Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support to users and resolve Control-M-related issues.Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions.Documentation and Compliance : Create and maintain accurate documentation of Control-M configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Ensure compliance with relevant security and audit requirements.Collaboration : Work closely with development, operations, and other IT teams to ensure smooth job scheduling and executionRegardsPraveen Kumar Talent Acquisition Group – Strategic Recruitment [email protected]
