Tasks
Manage staff and assign dutiesStudy market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on salesDetermine merchandise and services to be soldImplement price and credits policiesPlan budgets and monitor revenues and expensesResolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortagesConduct performance reviewsSupport for newcomers and refugees
Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and / or refugees (for example : facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.)Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and / or refugees with experienced employeesSupport for Indigenous people
