Title : Property Manager

Position Description : The Property Manager oversees the property’s performance by maximizing profitability and maintaining standards within operational and budgetary objectives. Property Managers support and guide their staff to promote customer satisfaction, management, and skill development. They supervise contractors, monitor the quality of work, and ensure compliance with fire and life safety standards. This includes keeping fire, risk checks, maintenance, and preventive measures up to date. Property Managers are also required to work flexible hours, including supporting their staff during month-end.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as a Residential Property Manager or related business experience (Building Manager, Assistant Property Manager)
• Excellent customer service skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with residents, prospects, colleagues and trades
• Management skills to coach, train, and motivate staff and develop a team environment
• Display a professional / presentable appearance
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and French

Salary : 70,000-85,000$
