Full-Time (30-40 hrs), Permanent | Benefited Position | Salary : $57,000 - $63,900 + Commission

PARC Retirement Living  is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We are seeking a  Senior Living Specialist  for  Cristalina PARC , our new community in  Kelowna  which will open its doors in spring-summer 2024.

As a Senior Living Specialist, you are on the frontlines of communicating our values and offerings, developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes :

  • Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events.
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, targeted sponsorships and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads and ultimately conversions.
  • Develop a strong outreach program with multiple touch-points and deep referral connections using one-one relationship building, community presentations, influencer and lead oriented events and in-person sales activities.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM / Sherpa) analysis tools to track and convert leads.
  • Actively promote PARC’s cross-referral program to generate leads.
  • Ensure show suites and amenity spaces are tour-ready to PARC’s high standards.

  • You’re a persuasive and engaging sales professional with a high closing rate.
  • You have a marketing or sales-related degree, diploma or certificate, combined with at least one year of experience in senior living or a related industry.
  • You’re a relationship builder and problem solver who can forge strong connections with seniors, service providers, employees, partners and more.
  • You understand and respect the needs of seniors, their families and other professional services engaged with our residents.
  • At PARC Retirement Living we understand the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members and visitors from COVID-19. As such, a prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
