Job description

Adecco is currently seeking an Operations Resource Coordinator for our client based in Moncton / Dieppe, NB. This temporary to possibly permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual to manage the dispatch of equipment and operators in a fast-paced transportation environment. The ideal candidate will have dispatch experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit to meet business needs and ensure excellent service delivery.

Location : Moncton / Dieppe, NB

Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Job type : Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time Here's why you should apply :

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :

Coordinating, confirming, and dispatching all equipment and operators in a timely manner.

Processing customer requests for equipment and operators, ensuring availability and meeting customer needs.

Assigning operators to jobs based on their qualifications and skill sets.

Managing scheduling conflicts to minimize any disruptions to customer service.

Collaboratively managing workforce levels to meet changing business demands.

Ensuring that all system information is accurately entered to support payroll and billing processes.

Collaborating with the Maintenance department to schedule maintenance for branch equipment. Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Trade Certification or Associate's Degree.

1-3 years of dispatch experience, preferably in a transportation environment.

Ability to multi-task efficiently and a strong willingness to learn.

A proactive "Can-Do" attitude with a focus on problem-solving.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.

Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
