OPPORTUNITY : CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTIf you are a dynamic person, who likes to accomplish various tasks and are a team player, we invite you to read the description below and send us your application.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will mainly assume the following tasks : Ensure efficient customer service (email / phone)Respond to price and inventory availability inquiriesRequest transport / freight costsCorrespond daily with customers and company representativesOffer the product that best meets our customer’s needsEnsure efficient consumer service (email / phone)Respond to consumers inquiries on our customers websitesOffer the product that best meets our customer’s needsSuggest Sales Sites for the different productsOrder processing in SAP / EDI systemsValidate order entry accuracy in relation to purchase order (codes, prices, descriptions)Verify agreements for exceptionsCalculate transport costs based on orderEnsure inventory availability and location siteIdentify inventory issues in our customers system (CHUB)Research and correct invoicing issuesReview customers requests upon invoicing issues in order to resolveResearch shipment details to validate material receiving issuesOther related administrative tasks Skills required : Essential - Perfectly bilingualEssential - Customer service experienceEssential – Proficient in Microsoft Office (word / Excel) and OutlookEssential – High school diplomaAsset Experience in a large retail and distribution and EDI companyAsset- Education or experience in Logistics transportAsset- Knowledge of SAP and EDI systems Abilities :                                                                                                                                 Good written and grammar skills in both French and EnglishCustomer oriented and great communication skills                                                                                                                                              Dynamic and Strong team spirit Organized and good management of priorities
