Location : Toronto  Hybrid in office 3 days a week

Salary : $53,000 -$57,000 plus benefits

Our client is a small, Canadian owner and operated manufacturing company.   This role will have you working within a fun environment and be a part of a work family.    Reporting to the General Accountant, you will be responsible for the full Accounts Receivable process including but not limited to :

  • invoicing
  • cash application
  • customer reconciliation
  • deduction management
  • broker management
  • various cash and ar reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study, pursuing CPA is an asset
  • 2+ years in full cycle Accounts Receivable and Customer Service role
  • Proficient with MS Package (Excel / Word / PP / Outlook / SharePoint).
  • SAP is preferred
  • Deduction and rebate experience is a MUST
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
