Purpose :
This position coordinates production aspects of the Department of Theatre presentations and studio shows. Activities associated with the coordination include providing specialized logistical, technical and creative support to Theatre courses, faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Theatre.
Education : Experience :
Experience :
Minimum four years recent (within last 5 years) and related experience in professional live performance production. Related experience in an academic setting would be desired.

Knowledge of all aspects of performance production, production management, stage management, technical direction, including stage carpentry, properties, scenic painting, rigging, lighting, sound, automation, special effects, costume and scenery construction, publicity, and projections

Effective interpersonal skills, including flexibility, tact and courtesy
Ability to deal calmly, courteously and effectively with people
