Under the supervision of the Personnel Support Programs (PSP) Facilities Supervisor, you will maintain facilities (grounds and indoor and outdoor playgrounds), inspect equipment and facilities to ensure they meet established safety standards and take any necessary corrective measures.You will also be responsible for repairing or replacing defective or worn-out parts and components using appropriate tools, verifying inventory and reporting unusual conditions or out-of-order equipment to their supervisor.Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring client safety so that Canadian Armed Forces members can use the PSP facilities efficiently and safely.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and LicensesAn acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be consideredANDA valid driver’s license (Quebec)ExperienceIn the issuing of sports equipmentIn the preparation and maintenance of outdoor sports facilitiesIn equipment maintenanceIn using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsingCompetenciesClient focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
