Job description

We are looking for a Sales Director to cover North America Accounts who is based in anywhere in North America.

As the Sales Director, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for fostering existing relationships while developing and executing key sales strategies, and action plans required to achieve the company's financial targets.

What You’ll Do :

  • Execute key strategies for incremental revenue and market share in North America to achieve profitable volume growth and expanding customer base consistent with Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnerships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations to all levels of the organization, including stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Design and Costing to support new product introductions.
  • Keep up to date on sleepwear landscape and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

What You Need :

  • A minimum of 10 years of related work experience in a Sales role in the apparel industry (sleepwear experience an asset)
  • In-depth knowledge of Wholesale channels working with national chains, mid-tier and traditional department stores, mass market experience is a must
  • Experience in forecasting and planning sales budgets to achieve Corporate Financial Goals.
  • Available to travel in Canada and US up to 25% of time
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
