Position : Help Desk Technician Reports to : Senior IT Manager
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our IT Team! Our Help Desk Technician is responsible for maintaining networks, software, and equipment, resolving technical problems, and providing general IT support and assistance.
Opportunities
You will have a chance to hone your skills plus support and work alongside with another Help Desk Technician. You will also be exposed to the business side of things supporting new systems implementation and other special projects. The primary challenge is to stay organized and deliver exceptional customer service to your internal stakeholders while juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines.

You have strong customer service and interpersonal skillsYou have a solid understanding of basic Information Technology (IT) concepts, with skills in troubleshooting common IT issues in corporate environments, managing simple computer network tasks, and a foundational knowledge of IT security principles.You are skilled in using Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, with expertise in managing Windows Server (2016 or newer) and Microsoft SharePoint. Familiar with cloud technologies and have been exposed to Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.Experience
You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support related role in a corporate environmentYou have a degree or diploma in Information Technology or related disciplineYou have basic experience working in a virtualized server environmentYou have IT related certification(s), e.g. Microsoft Certs, CCNA, CompTIA CertsNice-to-Have
Knowledge and management capabilities within Microsoft Endpoint Management, including device policy enforcement, security configuration, and troubleshooting across diverse environments.Knowledge and skills in administering networks using the Fortinet stack, including the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of security and network devicesProficient in utilizing the Microsoft Power Platformthings you will do…
