Human Resources Manager

The Role :

Key Responsibilities :

• In collaboration with the Vice President HR lead the implementation of companywide HR initiatives in areas such as onboarding and offboarding employee relations performance management compensation and benefits and training and development;
• Drive the creation of a new HR structure within the HR team during a time of rapid growth and change;
• Support the strategic plan of the business in alignment with the vision and values of the company;
• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals and oversee the strategy to deliver HR programs that enable a high performing work environment;
• Create and adjust HR policy to align with local legislation and group;
• Oversee the performance management system and ensure evaluations are completed on time;
• Facilitate training sessions on performance management processes; and
• Lead talent and succession planning efforts in support of a high performance diverse and professional work environment.
